The Guelph Regals Minor Lacrosse Association (GMLA) is more than just a sports league, we are a community dedicated to providing accessible, safe, and fun lacrosse programs for youth aged 3-21 in our community.

- Fund Introductory Programs: We believe every child should have the chance to fall in love with Canada's national sport. Your support funds our introductory programs such as our "Soft Lacrosse" program for children under 4 and our "Try-It" days for youth of all ages. These programs allow local kids to pick up a stick and experience the game for free.
- Support a Non-Profit Mission: As a 100% non-profit organization, every dollar is reinvested into our players. Your partnership helps cover the rising costs of arena floor time, provides quality equipment, and keeps registration fees affordable for local families.
- Empower Girls in Sports: We are committed to closing the gender gap in youth sports by providing a dedicated, high-energy space for female athletes to thrive.
How we help:
- We have welcomed over 100 new female athletes in the past four years.
- We host “Try-It” days for all age groups, allowing girls to discover the sport with no commitment.
- We have added 6 new girls’ teams since 2023 with plans to continually grow to create a long-term athletic path.
