Regals Announce Winter Prep & Try-It Sessions.
The GMLA is happy to announce our 2025 Winter Prep & Try-It sessions. Sessions will be held at the Royal City Ball Hockey Arena located at 133 Woodlawn Road, Guelph. The GMLA Lacrosse Prep & Try-it program will run on Sundays from January 12th - April 6th. Sessions will be held at the Royal City Ball Hockey Arena located at 133 Woodlawn Road, Guelph. The cost of the Lacrosse Prep program is $50.00 and includes 5 - 1hr Lacrosse prep sessions, and 2 Try-it sessions for newcomers, as well as participants to introduce the game of Lacrosse to their friends. Lacrosse sticks will be provided to use during the Try-it sessions.
